Cake jars may be kept at room temperature up to 4 days, Refrigerated for up to 6 days or freeze for up to 4 months.
Macarons can be refrigerated for up to 5 days and frozen for up to 1 month.
Cookies, cookie sandwiches, brownies, and bars may be kept at room temperature for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 3 months.
Cakes and cheesecakes are baked to order and then frozen (to ensure freshness and smooth transit), before being shipped. Cakes/cheesecakes may thaw during transit. upon arrival cakes/cheesecakes may be refrigerated for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 3 months. To serve, cakes are best served at room temperature. cheesecakes are best served chilled.
Pies are baked to order then frozen. It will be frozen when shipped and may thaw during transit. Upon arrival pecan and apple pies may be kept at room temperature for up to 4 days, refrigerated for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 1 month (If unopened). To serve warm, turn oven to 350 degrees and place pie in for 15-18 minutes. (Oven times may vary). Sweet Potato and pumpkin pies need to be refrigerated upon arrival. They may be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month (if unopened). Best served chill, reheating in the oven is not recommended.
